20 Colorful Rainbow Crafts for Kids

Boredom buster alert! These super fun rainbow crafts are perfect for kids of all ages, and I’m willing to bet you have most of the supplies sitting in a drawer right now!

No special skills are needed here, so literally anyone can make these awesome projects.

1. Rainbow Yarn

I just love this rainbow yarn idea! It turns into a perfect art piece that your mother would be thrilled to put on display in her showcase.

All you have to do is ask your mom for some yarn of different rainbow colors. Then, take a piece of cardboard and cut it into a rainbow shape.

Get to wrapping the yarn around the cardboard, and you’re all set to show it off. It’s so cool that you can even wrap the yarn to make patterns.

We even gave bottle bubble paintings a try! The difference here is that this version uses a sock and dish soap instead of a bubble solution. Of course, food coloring is used to make the rainbow bubbles!
