Nothing fancy to see here, kids! These are copycat recipes, after all. But there’s just something about food that becomes a weeknight dream that makes me never want to stop cooking.

It’s your favorite P.F. Chang’s classics meets staying home in your sweatpants. And that combination is everything crispy, savory, and wonderful that a Tuesday night should be.

1. P.F. Chang’s Banana Spring Rolls

Okay, let’s switch things up and talk about dessert, because you know I have strong feelings about dessert. These banana spring rolls are an absolute personal favorite of mine.

You’ve got this incredibly smooth and creamy banana filling tucked inside a wonderfully thin and crispy shell. It’s a texture wonderland.

Drizzle them with caramel sauce, give them a dusting of powdered sugar, or go wild and do both because they’re a guaranteed hit.

And hey, if you want to make the plate look extra pretty, you can totally toss on some other fruits and berries.

2. P.F. Chang’s Spicy Chicken

Get ready for a 30-minute masterpiece. You can pull this simple, spicy dish together with just 15 minutes of prep. The real magic is in the sauce, you guys.

We’re talking about taking little crispy pieces of fried chicken and drenching them in a sweet and spicy glaze. Think garlic, green onions, pineapple juice, sweet chili sauce, white vinegar, and red pepper flakes all coming together in one happy skillet.

It has a little kick, for sure, but the sweetness in the sauce mellows it out perfectly. You’re gonna love it.

3. P.F. Chang’s Great Wall of Chocolate Cake

First of all, can we just appreciate the name? The Great Wall of Chocolate. I’m already in. But you guys, this thing is spectacularly tasty.

We’re talking about layer after layer of the most decadent chocolate cake with a rich chocolate ganache frosting holding it all together. If you’re a chocolate fan, there’s just no way you won’t be obsessed with this cake from top to bottom.

And sure, feel free to get extra with more chocolate drizzle, some berries, or whipped cream. It doesn’t really need anything else, but why not?!

4. Copycat P.F. Chang’s Lo Mein

Most people land in one of two camps: fried rice or lo mein. If you’re all about those noodles, this recipe is for you. It’s even faster to whip up than the fried rice.

Besides the sauce, you just need lo mein noodles, a little olive oil, and some frozen mixed veggies. For that amazing sauce, you’ll grab garlic, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, minced ginger, and Sriracha.

The noodles come out so tender and tasty, coated in what might be the most flavorful sauce ever.

5. Mongolian Beef

If you’ve ever had the Mongolian beef from P.F. Chang’s, then you know exactly how delicious this copycat recipe is going to be. And if you’re new to it, you are in for a serious treat.

The beef is so unbelievably tender it practically melts in your mouth, and it’s coated in a sweet, salty, and savory sauce that is just insanely good. It’s also surprisingly simple to make for a main dish.

The whole thing takes just 40 minutes and uses only ten ingredients, most of which are probably already in your pantry.

You’ll need vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, water, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, flank steak, cornstarch, red pepper flakes, and green onions. Mmm, my mouth is watering already.

6. P.F. Chang’s Singapore Street Noodles

A bowl of these Singapore street noodles might look like a lot of other Asian noodle dishes, but there is so much going on in there. You’ve got rice noodles, oil, garlic, cabbage, and carrots, of course.

But then you also add shrimp, chicken, scallions, shallots, and tomatoes. There’s just so much goodness packed in. And don’t even get me started on the sauce!

It’s zesty and tangy with a bit of spice and just a hint of sweetness. Every single bite is just bursting with flavor.

7. P.F. Chang’s Fried Rice

Fried rice is such a classic side for Asian food, and it’s not hard to pull off at home. While plenty of restaurants make great fried rice, the version from P.F. Chang’s is just extra good.

I think it’s because of all the veggies they pack in there, like bean sprouts, green onions, shoestring carrots, and peas. The molasses, ginger, and garlic definitely add to the magic, too.

It’s a super flavorful side that goes well with almost anything, and you can have it on the table in 30 minutes.

8. P.F. Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Let’s kick things off with one of my go-to P.F. Chang’s treats: the chicken lettuce wraps. These come together in only 20 minutes and don’t need a ton of ingredients.

You’ll just need some butter lettuce, green onions, water chestnuts, and ground chicken. Then comes all the flavor from sauces and spices like garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and ginger.

For being so small, they are packed with yumminess and are surprisingly filling. They also have a good amount of protein for their size. It’s a total win.

9. P.F. Chang’s Apple Chai Cobbler

P.F. Chang’s apple chai cobbler is kind of like an apple crumble, but it’s next level. It has a buttery topping made with coconut and oats and is loaded with cozy chai spices.

The apples are baked until they’re unbelievably tender. Then you top the whole thing off with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream to make it extra sweet and special. It’s pure comfort in a bowl.

10. P.F. Chang’s Kung Pao Shrimp Bowl

For this one, you drench plump, juicy shrimp in a totally phenomenal ginger-balsamic sauce that makes them almost impossible to stop eating.

The shrimp are tender and succulent, but you also get this amazing crunch from peanuts, onions, and scallions. The sauce itself is a perfect mix of sweet, garlicky, and spicy.

This dish is all about delicious contrasts, and you are going to love it.
